A fifth-generation Puglian winery needed a visual identity that could carry their story into modern markets without erasing 150 years of terroir-driven heritage. We designed a full brand system rooted in the warmth of the Puglia landscape, including a custom wordmark, label system, and a website that puts the product at the centre. The rebrand launched their first direct-to-consumer channel, which accounted for 18% of sales in year one.
Liquido is a cash flow forecasting tool for small business owners across Southern Italy. The founding team had a working product but a product interface that made the numbers feel more complicated than they already were. We redesigned the core dashboard and onboarding flow in Figma, reducing average onboarding time from 22 minutes to 9 minutes across a test cohort of 80 users.
Arco Studio is a Bari-based architecture practice targeting high-net-worth residential clients. Their previous website looked like it was built by their intern and was costing them credibility before prospective clients even read a word. The redesign focused on portfolio storytelling, project photography integration, and a contact flow that filters for serious enquiries. Inbound leads through the website increased 3x in the first quarter after launch.
