Yes. About a third of our clients are based outside Italy, mostly in Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands. All project communication happens in English (or Italian if you prefer), via email and video call. Time zone differences within Europe have never been a problem.
Plans bundle multiple services together at a lower combined cost than buying separately. Starter covers one service module. Studio covers two. Signature covers up to four. If you need more than four service areas, contact us and we will quote the project directly.
We share designs at milestone points and collect your feedback as a consolidated list, not as comments across a dozen messages. That consolidated list is one revision round. We implement it, share updated designs, and if there are further changes within the scope of what was briefed, that is another round. Each plan specifies how many rounds are included. Extra rounds can be purchased as an add-on.
All design work is produced in Figma. If you need assets in a different format (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.), we can export from Figma and organise files accordingly. We do not actively use other design tools, and we would not recommend starting a project in them.
Within one business day of payment, you receive a project confirmation email with your intake form link and a call booking link. We schedule the discovery call, you fill in the brief template at your own pace, and we start the project once we have reviewed the brief together.
Yes. Use the Book a Call button in the navigation to schedule a free 30-minute introductory call. We will discuss your project, whether our services are the right fit, and answer any questions you have before you commit to anything.
Yes. Every service is available as a standalone purchase. Plans bundle services together at a lower combined price and include additional revision rounds and delivery time. But if you only need one thing, you can buy it directly from the service page.
Presentation Design is our fastest service at 5 to 7 business days from brief approval. Illustration and Icon Design typically takes 6 to 8 business days. Visual Identity starts at 7 business days. Website Design and Product UI start at 10 business days. Add the Rush Delivery add-on to reduce these by approximately 50%.
