Delivery Policy
All services are delivered digitally.
This Delivery Policy explains how The Design Dexter delivers completed design services, what file formats you can expect, and the timeframes you should plan around. Our services are entirely digital and are delivered electronically – no physical goods are shipped at any point.
1. How Delivery Works
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we follow a structured delivery process:
- Order confirmation: You receive an automated confirmation email immediately after payment. This email contains your order reference and a brief summary of the service purchased.
- Brief call or questionnaire: Within 2-3 business days, we send you a project brief questionnaire or schedule a short onboarding call to gather the information we need to begin work. This step is essential for all services and cannot be skipped.
- Design work begins: Once the brief is received, we begin design work and keep you updated via email as milestones are reached.
- First delivery: Initial concepts or draft deliverables are sent to your email address as a shared cloud link (Google Drive or similar) or direct file attachment, depending on file size.
- Review and revisions: You review the work and submit consolidated feedback. We incorporate your feedback within the agreed revision window and re-deliver updated files.
- Final delivery: After revision rounds are complete and you approve the final work, we deliver the final production-ready files to your email address.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines by Service
The timelines below are counted in business days from the date we receive all required brief materials from you. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and revision rounds.
