Product design is harder than marketing design because it has to work with real data, real edge cases, and real people who are trying to do something specific. A product interface needs to handle empty states, loading states, error states, and overflow scenarios. It needs to be consistent enough that users can predict how new areas will behave from the patterns they already know.
We work on product redesigns, new product launches, and focused areas like onboarding flows, dashboards, or settings interfaces. We are not a product agency in the sense of doing user research and strategy. We are a design studio that does great interface design from a well-defined brief.
For product work, we need access to the actual product to see what exists. We need a clear understanding of the technical constraints. And we need at least one person on your team who can answer product questions during the project without routing everything through a four-day approval chain.
Product UI Design projects are delivered in 10 to 20 business days depending on scope. Larger product engagements may take longer and are quoted individually.
